Magical!
I'd like to say Camp David is a world of its own! Stepping in the place felt like magic with the whole butterfly effect and a lot of pixie dusts because how else would you explain going to a place with hundred of teenagers not knowing anyone but immediately feeling a connection and the place feeling just like your room; comfortable and peaceful.
At Camp David I had my first conversation with God literally. God had always spoken to me through dreams, vision, my feelings, etc., but at Camp David we literally had a conversation going back and forth and it was amazing. At the moment I didn't realize it but later there was this hungover effect of the moment and honestly it was thrilling.
Camp David was like a hot bath, refreshing and relaxing but at the same time exposing you to God, your identity in God and your purpose but like in a Gen-Z way, which was way cooler. I remember Pastor Mildred saying "serving God is cool and you can use social mediums like TikTok and Instagram to preach and you'd still be cool". I met people with different mindsets but still had a connection.
Camp David was really fun and the first place I heard Christian rock and trap music, it was really shocking!
